What is the most important factor to the success of your business over the next five years?

One of the most important factors to the success of Lawyers Travel over the next five years and beyond will be increasing our current employee base in order to keep up with the demands of today’s travelers and travel managers. Despite the fact that disintermediation of travel consultants was predicted and that the internet was to take our place, we have hired 140 new employees from 2008 to 2011 and continue to actively recruit new staff year over year.
